  • Mr. Martin obtained a judgment of sole legal and physical custody, and a partial award of attorneys’ fees, for a father in a highly contested multi-jurisdictional custody dispute involving a special-needs child.
  • Mr. Martin obtained a judgment of sole legal and primary physical custody for a father in a contested custody dispute involving unmarried parents of a young child.
  • Mr. Martin resolved a custody and support dispute between foreign nationals in the United States on non-immigrant (G-4) Visas.
  • Mr. Martin successfully negotiated a resolution to a contentious divorce, support, and property division matter involving complex property and employment compensation issues, such as the division of stock options, and the tracing of funds contributed to various assets, as well as multiple real property interests.
