Mr. MacGregor practices immigration law for both corporate and individual clients in order to assist in them in complying with and benefiting from the often complex sets of statutes and regulations governing lawful presence in the United States. Mr. MacGregor assists corporations with I-9 compliance issues and he appears in Immigration Courts in multiple jurisdictions, represents clients in meetings with USCIS officers, Asylum officers, consulates and works with persons detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Additionally, Mr. MacGregor works in concert with criminal defense attorneys, assisting them in crafting plea agreements that ameliorate future immigration consequences.

While in law school, Mr. MacGregor was a member of the Moot Court Board, American Inn of Court and the Law School Mentoring Program. Upon graduation, Mr. MacGregor worked with Arthur Lander, CPA, PC at Business Legal Services, LLC and with the alternative dispute resolution firm ADR Associates, LLC. Before attending law school, Mr. MacGregor, a third generation restaurateur, worked in restaurant management for over a decade and was a managing partner with Outback Steakhouse.

Mr. MacGregor is the co-founder of Garbia, MacGregor & Plocki, LLP.
