Mr. Martin represents plaintiffs and defendants in business, contract, corporate, labor and employment, and real estate disputes.  In addition, Mr. Martin represents individuals involved in complex and contentious domestic relations disputes involving custody, visitation, child support, spousal support, distribution of property, military retirement and benefits, government retirement and benefits, private sector retirement and benefits, premarital agreements, post-nuptial agreements, multi-state and international child custody disputes, collection of unpaid support, and children with special needs.

During law school, Mr. Martin was a member of the George Mason Law Review and served on its editorial board. Before attending law school, Mr. Martin served for six years in the United States Navy.

Following law school, Mr. Martin completed a one year clerkship with the Honorable Judges of the 17th Judicial Circuit in Virginia and then joined Ain & Bank, PC, as an associate.

Mr. Martin joined Garbia, MacGregor & Plocki, LLP in 2005.
